Chapter 1 Introduction
After harvesting, cane is transported to the mill. So as to extract the juice from the sugar cane, pairs of rollers feed the cane through a series of mills. Each mill consists of three large rollers arranged in a triangular formation. This process separates the sugar juice from the fibrous material, called Bagasse. So here we learn about the manufacturing process of cane crushing rollers. This cane crushing roller has the following parts
