In today’s world, many people will spend lots of time to prepare their dream wedding. They all want a perfect, unique and memorable wedding, unfortunately, they don’t have enough knowledge to manage it.
The new service from Wing Wah can help those people who don’t have time or lake of wedding knowledge.
Wing Wah knows that “Vintage” is one of the wedding trends in these few years, so Wing Wah - a household name well known by Hong Kong people over the last 60 years, will launch a new service – Traditional Chinese Style Wedding Planner Service.
Wing Wah can provide one stop service to the customer (from searching restaurant for wedding banquet to banquet finished). The selling point of our service is we will invite one of the best model Chinese Wedding consultant - Sharon Au (摩登大妗姐) to be our consultant. At the beginning of the department will have totally 5 permanent staffs. (1 Department Manger & 4 Account Executives) Here are their job descriptions:
Department Manager * Interviews job applicants and evaluates worker performance to recommend personnel actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer or dismissal of workers. * Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations. * Trains workers in store policies, department procedures, and job duties. * Records delivery of compares record with merchandise ordered, and reports discrepancies to control costs and maintain correct inventory levels. * Inspects merchandise to ensure it is correctly priced * Recommends additions to or deletions of merchandise to be sold in department. * Prepares sales and inventory reports. * Listens to customer complaints,

    Definition of wedding planning Wedding planning is the process of coordinating all of the details involved in the making a wedding a remarkable event in accordance to the time schedule and budget of those responsible for the wedding. A committee is usually formed to assist the couple that is about to wed and this committee holds a series of meetings in order to make that day a memorable one, minutes are taken and these are used as records to keep track of the progress of the wedding plans. This is usually quite cumbersome and times consuming because dealing with many people is difficult and the numerous volumes of records further complicates the wedding planning process.
