Moreover, the United States court system is composed of a litigation process that allows the person in accusation to deliver their case in an unbiased manner. In America each state has its own court system. As a part of this system the offender is innocent until proven guilty. They also have the right to plea-bargain and a quick jury trial. The courts are the foremost authority where verdicts are made and where the defense attorney, prosecuting attorney, and judge advocate gather (Stevenson, 1966, p. 403). Under the scrutiny of the judge advocate the defense attorney will persuade a defendant’s case against the prosecuting attorney who will try to convince the court that the offender is guilty. Prosecutors are an intricate part of the system because they are the connection between law enforcement and the court itself. Without them independent rulings would not be applied to the proceedings. Instead of using multiple courts and practices the U.S. limits the…

When Mr. Albina opened the topic about doing an Outreach Program, I thought that it was just a drawing. A big beautiful drawing that I can only imagine but can 't really do and I 'm really guilty about that thought because I already judge something that I didn’t even try to do. But as the day goes by, Mr. Albina really wanted us to do it because he really wants to help, serve and at the same time share our knowledge to other people. He made plans to push the program and as the president of the class, I followed every instruction he 'd given me and I saw myself doing his every words with happiness. I felt excited as day goes by. And I realize that Mr. Albina really meant to be my Professor to help me get out of my shell and show people that I can really help and that I can really lead. The fact that it is my first time to ever organize an Outreach Program and the first time to lead an event that my fellow schoolmates follow every instruction I said.…
