Introduction
The introduction of the electronic Personal Health Record (PHR) has provided an additional tool that the consumer can utilize to access, manage, and participate in their healthcare. The PHR has been in use for many years, usually in the form of a paper immunization record or a notebook with your personal health information recorded.
