ABSTRACT
In general the customer satisfaction for AAVIN products remains good across all sections of society. Hence the outcome of the above topic is already well established. But retailer segments remain relatively unexplored; this idea brought us to this topic “A STUDY ON RETAILER SATISFACTION IN SALES OF AAVIN PRODUCTS”. Satisfaction level is the criteria that need to be measured in this kind of project. The widespread tool used to scale satisfaction level is the survey methodology. The sample size of 100 is selected out of the AAVIN retailer pool located in Chennai. The response was systematically recorded and processed. Based on what we inferred certain ideas were suggested to the organization for the better satisfaction of the retailer and hence the good long term relationship could be achieved.
