Founded in 1993, Phu Thai Joint Stock Corporation has become one of the greatest model group of distribute and retail goods in Vietnam. With almost three thousand employees, Phu Thai has built a wholesale distribution network which is spread across the country . Currently, Phu Thai Group has 30 subsidiaries , including member companies , distribution centers and nationwide logistics centers . With a mission to become the greatest Pioneer and Retail Distribution Group in Vietnam , B 's mart was officially opened on 01/06/2013 with business model as a convenient store chain with diversity products in order to meet consumer demand in Vietnam. Owning more than 40 shops currently operating in Vietnam , B 's mart will soon be expanded nationwide chain with the desire to become the leading convenient store in Vietnam .
BJC holds 65 % stake in Thai An Company JSC, a company specializing in distribution and transportation of food in the North of Vietnam . This company has its presence in all 63 provinces and cities , have trade relationship with 200 sub- distributors , wholesalers and 2500 shacks and tens thousands of retailers in traditional markets. Especially, in last year December, BJC has invested 1 billion baht with Mongkol Group to established Thai Corp International Vietnam company ( TCI ), to
