Beaches
Best Beaches There is nowhere I would rather be than on a beach in the summer. Myrtle is my favorite beach, and Ocean Isle, Wrightsville, and Folly would follow it. The beach has been a huge part of my life, and all of these beaches offer different attractions and reasons to visit. Each one is unique and that is what makes it so great to vacation there. One of the best things about all of these beaches would have to be that they are located close by. In my opinion, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is easily the best beach in the world for fun in the sun and fun at night. I am from the grand strand area and Myrtle Beach is the center of all of the attractions for the area. With over 60 miles of beach in the grand strand area, you can find great beachfront areas to enjoy even during the busy tourist season. The restaurants in the grand strand area offer a variety of choices. You can find the freshest seafood in Murrells Inlet with a million dollar view, enjoy dinner and a show at the Pirate’s Voyage or grab a quick hotdog at Sam’s Corner. Whatever you are looking for, it can be found in the grand strand area. In Myrtle Beach, one of my favorite attractions is the new SkyWheel. This attraction is affordable and takes you to new heights. The SkyWheel is a $12 million investment in the community and is a 200-foot-tall wheel equipped with a million LED lights and air-conditioned gondolas. It’s a great family activity or is a great place for a special date. If you are looking a free attraction after dark, you can just hang out at the strip and watch people cruise by or catch one of the many free fireworks shows offered weekly. Myrtle Beach is definitely an awesome area to visit and a great place to live. If you are looking for a slower pace, Ocean Isle beach is a small seaside town in North Carolina. It offers clean beaches, golf outings, a winery, art opportunities and a quiet vacation getaway. Ocean Isle would be a great place to visit if you are looking

We enjoyed the atlantic ocean, the warm white sand, and the scorching hot sun. We could hear the huge waves crashing into the sandy shore. We could also hear the lively chatter of the people on the beach. The smell of the salty ocean and the banana boat sunscreen overtook the air with mass quantities of the two smells combined. The touch of the hot sand on your feet and the rough seashells on shore. The best part of the day was when me and my brother went kayaking for an hour out into the deep blue sea. It took fifteen long minutes to fight our way over the…
