1- How do you think good decision making has contributed to the success of NASCAR?
Good decision making made NASCAR will known sport and famous among many type of people around the world.
2- A decision to go after a new market as Brian is doing is a major decision. How could he have used the decision making process to help make this decision?
First Brian identify the problem which was making the sport grow and has new fans
Then generate alternative solution which was reaching all kind of markets
Evaluate possible solution which was aging after Hispanic market , black market, and upscale market.
Implement the decision which is growing and making this as will known sport. Evaluate the result by seeing wither the number of fans increased or decreased based on that statistics they can evaluate wither they succeeded or they need to take another decision.

3-What criteria do you think would be most important to Brian as he makes decisions about the company's future?
The ability to attract new fans and new corporate sponsors and advertisers .

4- Would you characterize the conditions surrounding NASCAR as conditions of certainty, risk, or uncertainty? Explain your choice.
The conditions surrounding NASCAR are risky because any wrong decision made might get to loos fans of NASCAR the conditions are so risky whether it help NASCAR to reach top or goes down.
5- What could Brian learn from the concept of highly reliable organizations to help him be a better decision maker?
Highly reliable organization means making good plan's decision in order to be strong on top organization for long term, and that what Brian learned from highly reliable organizations. Decisions what make the organization grow and expand will decisions making process is the way to take good decisions.
