Final Project—Marketing Plan
DESCRIPTION
Introduction to Marketing requires you to submit at the end of the semester a Final Project in the form of a marketing plan for Blue Mountain Spring Water, Inc. You will complete your work on the plan incrementally in steps throughout the semester.

At the end of the semester, you will assemble the different assignments you have completed for your
Final Project and submit a marketing plan using the Three Year Marketing Plan—Blue Mountain Spring
Water, Inc. document as a template. You should download this document, insert the work you have done for your Final Project according to the instructions provided, edit your marketing plan for unity, and then submit it to your mentor for grading.
Step 1: SWOT Analysis
Complete a SWOT analysis on Blue Mountain Spring Water, Inc., using information in the company scenario provided in the Three Year Marketing Plan—Blue Mountain Spring Water, Inc. on pages
MP-6 and MP-7. Note that you've been given the firm's strengths and weaknesses. Develop potential opportunities and threats in an outline format.
Submit Step 1 to your mentor for feedback as indicated in the Course Calendar. After you receive feedback from your mentor, revise your SWOT analysis, if necessary, and follow the directions in Three
