Rationale:
Life in prison may be one of the worse living conditions a person may ever experience. A person inside a prison is unable to have a property of their own; more or less they have no privacy; their space and actions are limited; and outside people perceive them negatively. These conditions may have made them hard on themselves and/or to other people. But these conditions could also enable them to learn to appreciate the blessings they receive no matter how small it may be.
This module aims to enable the inmates, especially the juvenile, to see the goodness of God despite the undesirable experiences that they have had. It hopes that through this module, after seeing how God works in their lives, the inmates’ lives will be fuller.
Objective: 1. To identify concrete people in the inmates’ lives where God manifested 2. To appreciate small blessings that come into their lives and be grateful despite everything that happened 3. To slowly open up themselves to a higher and great being called God.
