I Believe Creativity and Innovations
Real Estate Property management is a very important issue when it comes to property owners who have lots of property and want to keep monitoring from different places around the globe despite the geographical location. This is where information technology comes in handy and helps to ease everything involved in the management of the properties.
In this document we are going to see how information technology can be of benefit towards the creation or development of property management system and also to determine whether it is worth being used for a project of the property management system.
From the Information Technology Association of America information technology (IT) is being defined as "the study, design, development, application, implementation, support or management of computer-based information systems”, but the term has also been applied more narrowly to describe a branch of engineering dealing with the use of computers and telecommunications equipment to store, retrieve, transmit and manipulate data.
We also clearly see form the modern Ghana website by martin nana baffoe pieterson that in general, IT (Information Technology) has brought about significant improvements in Business operations and in the entire human life as whole. This can be proved from the following points:-
Him talking about Globalization, whereby he states that Information Technology has not only brought the world closer together, but it has allowed the world's economy to become a single interdependent system. This means that we can not only share information quickly and efficiently, but we can also bring down barriers of linguistic and geographic boundaries.
Martin nana also states that Information Technology has also brought about Cost Effectiveness by helping to computerize business processes thus streamlining business to make them extremely cost effective money making machines. This in turn increases productivity which ultimately gives rise to profits that means better pay and
