I love chocolate. It taste good and is good for you like a small piece a day, but too much is bad! Mind it.
Chocolate itself is not bad. Eating it will not adversely affect your health or put you at risk for any diseases or health problems. While it is rich in calories and saturated fat, moderate chocolate intake can be part of a healthy diet. What this means is that if your diet is healthy and well-balanced, eating a little chocolate occasionally is not a bad thing to do. Logically, if your primary food source is chocolate, it will be bad for you because you won't get enough of the various nutrients it needs to maintain a level of good health. For this reason, chocolate calories are often referred to as "empty calories."
Calorie and fat content will be somewhat lower if your chocolate has mint, cherries, or other fruit(s) mixed in. Dark chocolate is better compare to any other chocolate. These days, in the market number of chocolates are available and our celebrities are advertising these. Basically very popular are
• Milk Chocolate
• Belgian Chocolate
• Dark Chocolate
• White Chocolate
• German Chocolate
In India, Cadbury, Nestle are very popular among us in providing good chocolates.
In fact, I consider it as a fruit with sugar and fat because it comes from the cacao fruit. It’s just a joke. I don’t mind eating. It's sooo good in the mouth of mine but not so good for your health, understood. Guys, I like milk chocolate by the way. Love you
