Dear Mam and my class mates, The topic, my mam has given for expressing my views before you is a very delicious. While pronouncing the name of item my mouth is full of watering. Guys, it’s a Chocolate. Chocolate is a lovely thing in this world.

I love chocolate. It taste good and is good for you like a small piece a day, but too much is bad! Mind it.

Chocolate itself is not bad. Eating it will not adversely affect your health or put you at risk for any diseases or health problems. While it is rich in calories and saturated fat, moderate chocolate intake can be part of a healthy diet. What this means is that if your diet is healthy and well-balanced, eating a little chocolate occasionally is not a bad thing to do. Logically, if your primary food source is chocolate, it will be bad for you because you won't get enough of the various nutrients it needs to maintain a level of good health. For this reason, chocolate calories are often referred to as "empty calories."

Calorie and fat content will be somewhat lower if your chocolate has mint, cherries, or other fruit(s) mixed in. Dark chocolate is better compare to any other chocolate. These days, in the market number of chocolates are available and our celebrities are advertising these. Basically very popular are

In the same video by Dairy Nutrition it shows that the claim I just stated is true. For example in 1 bottle of an off-brand sports drink there are about 7 tsp. of added sugar.
