Because you can control on the amount of time you spend doing physical activities and the intake of both caffeine and alcohol.

    Diabetes mellitus is a condition created by the inadequate secretion of insulin from the pancreas. Insulin is a hormone that allows your body to use carbohydrates or store them for future use. Inadequate amounts of insulin causes a condition called hyperglycemia, which is an excessive amount of glucose in the blood stream.
