Inventory Management System with Equipment Monitoring for STI – College Cubao
The purpose of the study is to develop an Inventory Management System with Equipment Monitoring for STI – College Cubao to improve their system specially in monitoring the equipment supply and generating of reports. Since the information given to us by STI – Collge Cubao has tasked to perform duties to vital to the monitoring and generating of reports. The study was made in order to meet the needed requirement of the user.
Through the study, the developers found the problem in their current inventory system which are data redundancy, generating of reports are time consuming particularly in verifying the availability of the equipments.
The primary objectives of the study is to design and create an inventory of STI - College Cubao. Specially the study aims to speed up the generation of reports easier and faster so that the workload of the employee will be lessened, provide a system that will easily verify the availability and the unavailability of the equipment.
The developers conducted an interview to the computer head department, gathered data, and observe the company. Also, library and internet research were done to gather helpful information in the development of the study.
After the gathered data, identified and analyze the problems, the developers came up with developed Computerized Inventory Management System with Equipment Monitoring. The system would be able to solved its problem relative to their current inventory system if and when developed system in completely implemented for its full used.
