”Intrapreneurship is the practice of
entrepreneurship by employees within an organization”. The term “Intrapreneur” was coined by Elizabeth &
Gifford Pinchot (An entrepreneur & co-founder of
Bainbridge Graduate Institute) in 1978

with managerial skills but operate within the confines of an organization.
