Answer AC 1.1 :Hilton Ras al khaimah has planned, implemented and is controlling its supply chain strategies to sustain in high competitive global market. Strategies implemented by the organization include lower product cost, improved store variety and selection, reduce inventory carrying cost,supply lead time,centralized purchasing,decentralized requisitions,lots buying and JIT. This strategies has helped the company to remain a dominant force in a competitive market.
