1. Father Daniel May indeed established a future direction for the Carmelite Monks in Wyoming, because of all the execution plans Father Daniel Mary made, help the Carmelite Monks. Having daily activities that from each day it benefited the Carmelite Monk, and from it wanting to build it more and have more dedicated Monks to the monastery. His vision for the monastery was to one day create a new monastery in the Rocky Mountains, transforming the small brotherhood of 13 monks to having 30 monks, which also including accommodations of a Gothic Church, a convent for Carmelite nuns, a retreat center for lay visitors, and a hermitage presented a formidable challenge. The vision for Mystic Monk Coffee was to make it a reality, “turning the coffee into land”. The mission for the Carmelite Monks of Wyoming was to be able to buy a nearby ranch that met Father Daniel Mary’s requirements of his vision perfectly, an $8.9 million ranch in the Rockies, and their main mission was to earn that amount so Father Daniel can create his vision a reality.
2. Father Daniel Mary has objective and performance targets mainly by the Mystic Monk Coffee. Mystic Monk coffees were sold through via website (www.mysticmonkcoffee.com) in 12 ounces of bags for a price of $2.99, and sample bags of $2.99. Their target was appealing to the Catholics, and about more than 69 million Americans were members of the Catholic Church, so Mystic Monk Coffee was targeting them. By producing high quality Arabica and organic Arabica beans, the monks were able to produce ground caffeinated and decaffeinated varieties in dark, medium, and light roasts and in different flavors as well making them to make great coffee.
3. Father’s strategy for achieving his vision was to promote Mystic Monk Coffee. Strategies they had was word of mouth, website (internet), calls/telephone, it offered a secular website. The word of mouth strategy went from their loyal customers in Catholic parishes across the United
