The genome4u is a scientific study project at a large university that is intended to provide an order of the genomes of a hundred thousand volunteers. This genome lab setup has various amounts of routing protocols, in which the task would be getting the protocols interlinked so that design can be changed. The different Cisco switches represent the various VLANs that can be configured for the different project teams in the lab (Oppenheimer, 2005). Router-EIGRPs are the internal routers of the research lab network. Router-EIGRP/OSPFs and Router-EIGRP/RIPs are the routers that are at the Fundraising office interface and the Biology lab interface respectively. The file servers are where the volunteer’s data files will be stored. The design will now spread apart similar data to travel across it from different internet connections.…

Write a paragraph (a minimum of five college-level sentences) below that summarizes what was accomplished in this lab, what you learned by performing it, how it relates to this week’s TCOs and other course material, and just as importantly, how you feel it will benefit you in your academic and professional career. (8 points) ok since this was the same as last week switch router setup, it was entering the same commands basically but seem shorter. So I learned a switch set up is a much longer process, maybe because a switch is hardware based. It relates to this week’s TCO’S by understanding addressing, theory of how switches and bridges are basically the same. As with that this is good to know for a future job so that you can determine where and when you need to use a switch or a bridge to accomplish your network goals.…

I have selected these food choices from Wendy’s menu as I feel the healthiest for a sound meal. The meal contains a total of 660 calories, total fat 21.5 grams, cholst 45, sodium 385 mg, carbs 70g, fiber 5g, sugar 51g, and protein 15g. The information above how the count of nutritional values shows to be enough calories per meal based on 2000 calorie diet. Total count may be a little high but not too much to consume but making sure this limit is low considering the link between fat and heart disease. Cholesterol number is ok but the sodium count is high this could be a concern down the road for high sodium count could lead to high blood pressure and unstable cholesterol levels. Carbs being at 70 grams is not to much and 5 grams of fiber is the amount. 51 grams of sugar is to high but considering other choices this is lowest possible and with the high count of sugar links to depression and obesity have been cited. The protein could be higher but it’s reasonable. This information above about the meal I have chosen is ok for being fast food. Making sure to keep the carbs and cholesterol a minimum will be the…

(20 points) , In this lab I was able to implement and troubleshoot ACLs. In working through this lab, I learned how to create an extended access list to deny specific Telnet traffic. I did this by applying the access list to multiple interfaces and used show commands to verify the access list syntax. I then verified that the access list worked by generating different types of traffic. I was able to practice troubleshooting skills by copying a problematic list from the TFCP server and used show commands in order to discover why the new access list did not work. At the end of the lab, I reconfigured the access list so that it would work in the way that it was intended to…
