Conduct a self-assessment inventory by doing a personal SWOT.
Communicate ideas in an appropriate manner
Reflect critically on their own ideas and the ideas of others
Previous knowledge assumed:
•Some knowledge of own personal strengths and weaknesses in academic and working context.
•Previous experience of self-reflection.
