Return Policies Cabela's If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Cabela's will refund or exchange the item within 90 days of purchase with exceptions on some items. If you have your reciept and its within the 90 days you will be refunded the original sales price, plus sales tax, in the original payment method. If you do not have your reciept you will be refunded at the lowest sales price plus sales tax. All items without a reciept will be exchanged for the same product or credited to a cabelas gift card. The standard policy above does not apply to the following. Firearms,ammunition, optics, electronics, and gasoline engine powered items.
Radio Shack If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you may return the item within 30 days for a full refund of the purchace price. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paper work, parts and accessories to recieve full credit. You also must have your sales reciept or packaging slip. The rules stated do not apply to the following items. Opened software or kits, electronic media products. Software and games will be accepted if unopened. Goodwill All purchases that were donated items may be exchanged or a store credit issued if returned to the store where it was bought with a proof of purchase within seven days of purchase. All packaged items need to be in original package. Furniture, house wares, home fashions, media (DVDs, CDs,etc), and toys are sold "AS IS" with no exchange or store credit guarantee. Store credits will expire thirty days from issue date (no exceptions). Im not so sure that I've ever made a decision to no shop somewhere because of there return policy. The reason being, because when I go to purchase somthing that i need or want I dont think about returning it, other wise why buy it. Until now I wasent eavin aware that it was a store policy. I was under the impression that it was determined from state to state, but then again I havent
