COMMUNICATION
We welcome you as an integral part of our “Family Sweet Café and More Employee Family” and it is our sincere intent to treat each employee as an individual and important member of this family. Accordingly, Management will keep an “open door” policy to all employees and will be ready to listen when you feel the need to discuss a suggestion or concern. We are here to help you. Your supervisor and the Café Manager 2 are concerned about you and they will be happy to answer your questions or direct you to someone who can give you additional information.
As a Café Manager 2 in Family Sweet Café and More, the individual will have to obey the rules and regulations of the cafe and follow the work ethics.
