All LEGO play materials produced for the European market carry the EU CE label. This label indicates that the LEGO Group guarantees that the product fulfils the European Toy Safety Directive. Products manufactured for the US market fulfil the Code of Federal Regulation, Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and ASTM F963 standard.
