Critically review and make judgement upon constructing and disseminating good news and bad news messages in a business context.

Discuss and present the effective use of digital, voice, and written message technologies in business communication.
d.
Analyse and apply the use of interpersonal communication in business.
e.
Evaluate how legal and ethical constraints, diversity challenges, team environment and changing technologies influence the process of business communication.
