First of all I would like to say that I have been working in School for more than two years already and I am enjoying it very much. This school is one of very good schools in the area with a lovely, friendly and caring environment. Currently I am working voluntary two days per week in Year 1.My main duty is to work with teacher to establish an appropriate learning environment. I am there to help some pupils to understand and to follow teacher`s instructions; to encourage pupils to interact and work co-operatively with others and engage small groups in activities; to support pupils consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs: to establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model; to help teacher to prepare the classroom for the lesson or to tidy up after session and very important one to me is to ensure the pupils hygiene and safety all the time during the school hours. All these duties, I believe, fitting well with my school`s job description. Please refer to the attachment number 1.…
