    On 04-02-2016 at approx. 0245 hours in the 10 block of NE 60 RD, I observed a vehicle driving southbound in the 500 block of NE 10 AVE, Great Bend, Barton County Kansas. I attempted to catch the vehicle in order to log the license plate. I caught up to the vehicle in the 300 block of NE 10 AVE. When the vehicle, a 2001 black Chevrolet Silverado pickup, bearing Kansas license plate 432CIG, came to a stop at the southbound stop sign at NE 30 RD, I was able to have dispatch run the license plate.
