Study on Successful and Unsuccessful Leader Essay Example
INTRODUCTION
The contents of this report is regarding the Leadership topic.The purpose of this assignment is to help students better understand the behaviors of successful and unsuccessful leader.First step is to find brief biographies,case studies or articles about various leaders.The student need to choose two leaders who most people would consider very successful and two leaders who would be deemed unsuccessful.
For my report, I have choose Mahatma Ghandi ,Presiden of Indian Nationalism and Jeff Bezos, the founder and CEO of Amazon.com as successful leader .When India in the hands of Mahatma Ghandi, they achieved their independence from British and fixed social injustice among the society.On the other hand,because of his talent and interest in computer drive Jeff Bezos into the online business and made him a well-known businessman and leader.
Leaders that would be deemed unsuccessful are Silvio Berlusconi and Kenneth Lay.Silvio Berlusconi,who was three times being the President of Italy is consider as unsuccessful because of common fall of Italy when he becomes a President.He also involves in many scandals and controvercies. Kenneth Lay was a CEO of Enron, which is one of big company in United States .He was a responsible person for Enron fall and bankcruptcy because of his careless and lack of skill in leadership.

Mahatma Gandhi was a major political and spiritual leader of India who led the country in the non-cooperation movement in 1922 and Salt march in 1930 and later in Quit India movement in 1942 during its struggle for independence. Known as Beloved Baapu in India, Mahatma Gandhi adopted the policy of mass disobedience and non-violent resistance as weapons against the British Rule in India and followed a principle of Ahimsa (total Non-Violence).
