One year Post Graduation Training Program in
Thermal Power Plant Engineering is designed as per mandatory requirement under Training and
Development policy (under Indian Electricity Rules,
1981).
 One year program comprises classroom training along with regular plant visits which are conducted at nearby thermal power stations.
 Classroom training is well supported by computer based training programs and 210 MW PC based simulator training. In-plant training is also provided for a duration of 2-5 months in power plants.
