I can if I wish arrange to be in the company of people of my race most of the time.
I picked this privilege because I see it as something I basically do every day, for the simple fact that I spend most of my time at home with my family who in fact is my same "race".
I can be pretty sure that my neighbors in such a location will be neutral or pleasant to me.
I chose this one because I have moved twice in the past two years and thankfully I have had wonderful friendly neighbors but after all even if they were not pleasant to me, I could always choose to either move or ignore them but either way it's my choice.
