A thorough analysis of my experience in Writing 101 taught me many things. A major takeaway from this class is never to overestimate my abilities. While taking this course‚ I was also trying to handle two other classes‚ a full-time job‚ and a hormonal teenager. I feel I personally overestimated my abilities. Prior to taking this course I did not have a strong background in writing or English for that matter. I honestly feel writing is my weakest subject. I know I will have to retake this course.
