Europeans were immune to diseases that slaves weren’t therefor slaves were introduced to these diseases on the ships that brought them to the Americas. These diseases were called smallpox and yellow fever due to tight packing. Dysentery was also a poor result of newtrition. Another disease is malaria brought to America by African slaves.
