It consists of surgeons doing graphic surgeries and is also about the lives of a few of the doctors at the hospital. It is rated TV-14. Also‚ it is given a caution for violence. There is some graphic material that is meant for a more mature audience. I would have to say that I disagree with the rating. I have seen the show and I think 14 is still a young age to be watching
