    thing that makes Susie unique is that she was raped and murdered and shares her story from Heaven. The beginning of the book is intriguing. The scene in which Susie is raped and killed is graphic enough to cause the hairs on the back of the reader’s neck to stand up but not disgusting enough to turn you off to the idea of reading any further.
