Abstract: We are five members work in a group on Employers preferred competencies in business graduate recruitment. For our analysis we select the banking industries in Bangladesh. So‚ for this analysis we collect the primary and secondary data from different bank and analysis those data. After analyzing those raw data‚ we find that the employers especially the banking industries are preferred competencies the business graduate recruitment.
