My Philosophy of Race and Ethnic Diversity I believe that teachers should act as a guide‚ allowing a child’s natural curiosity to direct his/her learning‚ and encourage respect for all people and things. We as teachers need to assist and aid a child in their learning process and help them meet their fullest potential. While our role is to guide‚ we provide access to a world of information and hopefully they will find the answers to all their questions instead of being the primary source of information
