On 2/17/17 I met Mr. Johnson at the office of psychiatrist Dr. West. She feels that it is hard to rule out a head injury in relation to the memory issue he reports. She feels since looking back into his notes from the VA in 2009 where he reported memory issue then that is related to his mood‚ PTSD and anxiety.
