RESULTS The variables of Yoga Group & the Yoga-Music Group were compared based on the Pre-data & found to be matched at the baseline. Except SBP of the Yoga Group all other variables were normally distributed. The results show that the Yoga Group’s Pulse Rate has significantly decreased from 77.33±7.75 to 70.44±6.06 (<0.001).
