    Women are being paid unjustly for the equal work they are doing. Ever since women entered the workforce‚ there has always been a wage gap. In 1963 an Equal Pay Act was signed‚ saying that it is unlawful for women to be paid less than men for their work. There should not be a wage gap between women and men who work the same hours‚ the different ages of workers‚ and need to provide for their families.
