On Sunday April 7 ‚ 2013 I attended the Junior Recital for Michelle Ellison (soprano) and Rachel Stanton (piano) at Oberlin College & Conservatory. Coming to my second show at Oberlin College I really didn’t know what to expect this time around. On this nice day at Oberlin College I observed many students outside playing their instruments and various groups outside singing in circles enjoying the weather. I could tell that these students were very passionate about music. Inside of the conservatory

Unfortunately‚ I miss places the ticket so I attached the order confirmation instead as proof that I really went. The concert took place in the Music Recital Hall and I would say it was a pretty decent turn out. The wide range of the diverse crowd seemed to enjoy the music performed before us because after the sets it seemed like some people were clapping and showing support. The audience in the concert had a wide range of ethnicity and social class. Some guests attending were friends or family of those preforming

The pops concert at Sartell High School took place at 7:30 p.m. in the auditorium‚ and the concert band performed four pieces. The first song played was Pippin. Book review. My book report is on ‘Catcher in the Rye’ by J.D.Salinger Over a month I have really enjoyed reading this novel. It’s a very perceptive book‚ but only in one point of view: Holden’s. I never felt attached to the book in any form‚ and when I wasn’t reading it‚ there was nothing that drew me back to want to read more. However when I wasn’t reading I would ponder about the book a lot and question the meaning and depth that Salinger was trying to get across. It’s a very interesting style

My interest in Economics and Management has been developed from my childhood. With the advantage that my father runs leisure and property businesses in Japan‚ I have had a great opportunity to observe how a company runs and this encouraged me to pursue a career in management. During the A level Economics course‚ I was amazed that many things I was taught in the class were things that my father and I had discussed about over the years. This gave me great encouragement that now I could understand
