I do believe that‚ there wouldn’t have been a variety of methods & approaches to employ in ESL/EFL classes‚ unless students vary in the way they would be approached. I do also believe that an ESL teacher can make use of more than one method or approach in the same class according to the needs of the context of the material he/she would explain in class. This context‚ I think‚ would be the basis on which a teacher would choose one approach rather than the other‚ or involving more than one approach
