    learned about liturgical dancing‚ mime‚ and step. I really enjoyed the liturgical dancing. We even recreated the “Joyful Joyful” dance from the movie Sister Act‚ I actually did the cartwheel part and bust my behind! I often try pole dancing but I do not and I REPEAT DO NOT ACTUALLY LET MY FEET LEAVE THE GROUND lol but I do enjoy the exercise in itself‚ pole dancing requires upper body strength so I applaud the women that do it on a nightly base.
