On Friday‚ September 30‚ 2016 at approximately 0748 hours‚ I was dispatched to The Botany Bay‚ (420 East New Circle Road) in reference to a theft by unlawful taking. Dispatch advised that the suspect was sitting on a bus stop bench in front of the business. The suspect was still sitting on the bench when I arrived on scene at approximately 0755 hours.
