Like both of these poems ‚ "Death Be Not Proud" by John Donne and "Here‚ Bullet" by Brain Turner hold that same gruesome morbid fixation of death. Though Donne’s writing on death seems to down play its strength while Turner challenges death and invites it in. They both take on a bold and daring stance against death and show little fear within their words
