The Delphi method (pron.: /ˈdɛlfaɪ/ del-fy) is a structured communication technique‚ originally developed as a systematic‚ interactive forecasting method which relies on a panel of experts.[1] In the standard version‚ the experts answer questionnaires in two or more rounds.
