Commissioned Officer (NCO) is the embodiment of the Marine Corps history tradition for several reasons. Some of the reasons are because NCO’s are taught to follow the traditions of the past. They know that trust and respect is equally important from both the NCO to his subordinates‚ and from his subordinates. They also still have the same responsibility as they did in the past. Disrespect of Human Rights The American community‚ especially in the wake of the atrocities on September 11th‚ has been wholly absorbed by images broadcast on network television. Unfortunately‚ many issues have been fully discounted. I feel that at least one issue must be addressed to a larger extent on a national level. However‚ discipline is a complex product of training‚ leadership‚ and respect. Disrespect‚ however‚ has exactly the opposite effect.
