I thought the whole documentary was very interesting. I think it applied to many different sleep disorders and provided solutions that could help improve someone’s sleep. I know many people who lack a good night’s rest and often feel drowsy during the day. I have a friend who works until bar close and she is often up until 5 am doing things like laundry and cleaning that I would be doing during the day because she can’t sleep. The two that I can relate to are the naps‚ and the wine/coffee consumption

Documentaries serve to draw a response through the use of literary techniques in order to present a particular point of view. Michael Cordell’s Music and Murder subscribes to this principle‚ the documentary focuses on three men serving prison sentences for taking a life and how music has changed and shaped their outlook on their own lives. Music‚ structure‚ verbal language and selection of detail all work on the viewers emotions which serve to draw a positive response towards rehabilitation in prisons

It was enlightening to see the field of dancing and entertaining from the male and female perspective. Overall‚ both genders work hard in their profession‚ but in different aspects. I found it fascinating that in the documentary “La Bare‚” one of the dancer’s points out that “male entertainers work harder than the female entertainers. All the females have to worry about is having nice titties and they are good to look at.” I disagree with his statement. Though the males put a lot more “stage antics”
