    Interviewer As a panel I thought we were quite strong in asking the questions for the person we were interviewing. The feedback sheet used by the interviewers were important documents as it give us a good sense of what the interviewee did right and what they did wrong. The feedback sheet allowed us to evaluate what they could do better should they have an interview next time.
