“The Boy in Striped Pyjamas” is an historical-drama film based on a novel by John Boyne of the same name. This film is set during the Holocaust in World War II and revolves around two eight year old boys‚ but the contrast being that one is the son of a Nazi commandant of a Nazi Concentration Camp‚ and the other being a Jewish prisoner in an concentration camp‚ Bruno(Asa Butterfield) and Shmuel (Jack Scanlon) respectively.
