The results on my check lab were five out of ten. I was actually surprised‚ because I thought I would get a higher score than that. I found out I was overweight by 27.3 pounds. One factor I would like to change would be my weight. I know that being overweight is bad‚ and can increase the risk of heart disease‚ diabetes‚ high blood cholesterol‚ and other cardiovascular diseases. Not to mention‚ that losing this extra weight would make me feel less self-conscious‚ and I will actually be in shape.
