If service users do not have their needs met‚ it can also cause them to be stressed. In the case study both Annie and Jim didn’t have their needs met. With Annie‚ her needs weren’t met this was shown when she asked the care worker if she can have toast but‚ because she had forgotten her dentures and the care worker didn’t want to get them for her;
