Their must be proof that the assaulter had knowledge of the pregnancy and there is no minimun on what term the woman can be in that I’ve seen. I believe that this bill came up and actually got proposed because of an issue of people commiting forcible felonies against pregnant woman and harming them causing the lose of their child.
